The details behind every Reverie stay, from booking and payment to house rules and cancellations.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to every reservation made through the Reverie Collection website and to your use of the site. Reverie Collection is a brand of Reverie Resorts Group LLC (“Reverie,” “we,” “us”). By completing a booking or using this website you agree to these terms, together with the house rules and payment schedule shown at checkout for your home.
Reservations are confirmed once your first payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email from us. The guest who makes the booking (“lead guest”) must be at least 25 years old, must stay at the home for the reservation and is responsible for every member of the party and their visitors.
Please review your dates, guest count and contact details carefully. The number of guests may not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for your home.
All rates are shown in US dollars. Nightly rates vary by season and length of stay. The total shown at checkout includes applicable Bahamas Value Added Tax (VAT), government levies and any cleaning or service fees for your home, and a full breakdown is available before you pay.
Minimum stays apply and vary by home and season. Rates are not guaranteed until your reservation is confirmed.
A refundable security deposit (currently $2,500 for most homes) is collected or authorized at check-in. It is released within 14 days after departure, less the cost of any damage, missing items, excess cleaning or unpaid charges. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card number.
Suggested policy for review:
Requests to change dates are subject to availability and must be made in writing. Because island travel can be affected by weather, flights and illness, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with your host. Your Reverie host will meet you on arrival and walk you through the home.
We may end a stay without refund if house rules are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if guests put people or property at risk.
Pools, docks, beaches, the ocean, boats and outdoor areas are not supervised. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and guests use all facilities at their own risk. Please report any damage or maintenance issue to your host promptly so it can be put right.
Guests are responsible for loss or damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by visitors.
Our concierge team is happy to arrange boats, chefs, golf carts, dining, excursions and other services. Many of these are provided by independent local businesses. We choose partners with care, but each provider is responsible for its own services, safety and terms, and its charges are billed to you separately unless included with your home.
We may need to enter the home during your stay for scheduled housekeeping, essential maintenance or emergencies, and will give notice whenever possible. Island utilities, internet and water can occasionally be interrupted; we will work quickly to restore service but cannot offer refunds for brief interruptions outside our control.
The Bahamas hurricane season runs from June through November. If a home becomes unavailable or travel is prevented by a named storm, government order or other event beyond our control, we will work with you on new dates or a refund in line with our storm policy.
All text, photography, video and design on this website belong to Reverie Resorts Group LLC or are used under license, and may not be copied or reused without permission. We aim to keep descriptions, photos, amenities and availability accurate, but minor differences can occur, and furnishings and amenities may change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reverie and the owners of each home are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss, injury or damage arising from guests’ use of the home, its facilities or third-party services, except where caused by our negligence. Our total liability for any reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect when you book applies to your reservation. Questions? Email info@ReverieCollection.com or call +1 720 772 8401.
