- Payment information: card payments are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as the last four digits), but never your full card number.
- Inquiries: information you provide through our contact, concierge and homeowner forms.
- Newsletter: your name and email address if you subscribe.
- Stay preferences: details you share so we can plan your stay, such as arrival times, dietary preferences or celebrations.
- Technical data: basic information collected automatically when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To process and manage your reservation, payments and security deposit.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with those who help us provide your stay, and only as much as they need:
- Booking and property management partners (Guesty and HomeRunner), which power our availability calendar, reservations and checkout.
- Stripe, which processes payments securely.
- Local service providers you ask us to book, such as chefs, boat captains or transport, who receive only what is needed to provide the service.
- Our email provider, to send messages and the newsletter.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect the safety of guests, staff or property.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as remembering your search and completing checkout, along with cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site, including booking, may not work correctly without them.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep reservation and payment records for as long as needed to provide your stay and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, generally seven years. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up.
Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing info@ReverieCollection.com. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security & International Transfers
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure payment processing. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States, The Bahamas and other countries, and we choose providers who protect it appropriately.

Our website and booking services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; reservations must be made by an adult.
